To set a personal horoscope you need to know exactly what time you were born, what time zone on earth and even the longitude and latitude coordinates of the town you were born to have.

Note that the function is a mathematical calculation that is not as accurately take into account all aspects of the impact in the same way as a human astrologer can do (for all the planets with little impact).
